For all health check ups, we operate purely as a B2B aggregator, we do not offer a refund as we do not directly offer and sell health check ups or packages, MedPiper is not liable for any refunds.
In case of issues, the customer can kindly contact their service provider through whom they availed the health check-up service from, and MedPiper will do our best to help resolve any service delivery issues.
As the last-mile labs are only independent associated and not owned or operated by MedPiper, MedPiper does not have any obligations with regards to payments, service outcomes and any engagement driven by the lab, between the lab and the customer.
