To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedPiper and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Portal or these Terms of Service
MedPiper reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
