By accessing and using the MedPiper web portal ("the Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Portal.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms of Service.
In order to access certain features of the Portal, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You must not engage in any activity that may impair or disrupt the functionality or security of the Portal or its associated systems.
By using the Portal, you may have the opportunity to submit or upload content. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant MedPiper a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content in connection with the provision of the Portal.
The Portal and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of any part of the Portal without prior written consent from MedPiper.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedPiper and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Portal or these Terms of Service
MedPiper reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
MedPiper may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on the Portal. Your continued use of the Portal following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
